Meals will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary. Accommodations will be used as reflected in our website. In the event that accommodation or restaurant selected is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel or restaurant of similar standard. Unless specially mentioned, all rooms will be a "run-of-house" basic.

 

We know that cancellations are part of travel services, we will be flexible in our policy.

Operation and communication costs and direct charges which may be levied by our local providers such as hotels, airlines and etc. will normally be charged to the client.

Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written notice is received. Cancellation fees are as follows:

 

45 Days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost

44 to 21 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour cost

20-7 days prior to arrival - 35% of the tour cost

Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost

 

Free of Charge will be given for every 20 person of travel participant (20 + 1 FOC)

 

All rates quoted are in US$. Credit cards and Traveller chaques are accepted in in stars hotel. Several 1 - 2 stars hotels dont accept credit cards. Therefore, travellers should bring cash for all expenses. US dollars are widely accepted through out Indonesia and easily exchangeable for the local currency "Indonesian Rupiah".

 

Upon confirmation of a reservation we will require a deposit to secure all travel services. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the arrival of the clients.

We recommend all travellers to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival. Sulawesi Tour Guide doesn't provide any kind of Insurance cover for your trip unless stated in the Itinerary and Proposal.

 

Airline's schedules and local conditions can be change, delayed, and sometimes cancel without any prior notice and can be effect to your Itinerary. Should this occur, Sulawesi Tour Guide is not responsible for any additional cost occur due to this Force Majeure.

 

Sulawesi Tour Guide reserves the right to decline acceptance or to retain any member as a participant of the tour if it's appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tours.

 

All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, coupons and orders issued by Sulawesi Tour Guide are subject to any and/or all tariffs and terms of conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever are provided by hotels, transport companies, airlines, railroad lines, steamship lines, owners or contractors concerned.

 

Sulawesi Tour Guide acts as agent for the passengers, providing accommodations, transfer & transportations, guide service and other service assure no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss, damages to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provided or severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other unforeseen cieunistances beyond its control. However, Sulawesi Tour Guide always makes full endeavors to comply with the original tour programs and arrangements.
