All services should be booked through SulawesiTourGuide.com website, email or other official contact details which mentioned in the website.
PAYMENT CONDITION
To secure a booking, SulawesiTourGuide.com is required a down payment of 50% to be settle upfront to the any Payment Method option mentioned bellow. The balance should be settled by 2 (two) weeks before your arrival date. SulawesiTourGuide.com also accept for balance payment to be settle on your arrival in the country where the tour will take place, but please note that this are special arrangement between The Client and SulawesiTourGuide.com where most likely we will asked for Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) currency for the balance payment instead of USD.
PAYMENT METHOD
SulawesiTourGuide.com is accepting payment thru Wire Transfer to our Bank Account listed bellow. All bank charges or fees will be client responsibility. Beside Wire Transfer, major Credit Card is also accepted thru PayPal.com Online Payment Gateway with additional surcharge of 4,5% for PayPal commission fee. This surcharge will be added to your total Invoice amount. Be advice that to prevent Credit Card Fraud and Scam, all Credit Card transaction is only via PayPal.com secured website and SulawesiTourGuide.com will never asked for your Credit Card detail and we never stored our Client Credit Card information.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancelation must be notify in writing by Email to [email protected]. The date of your Cancellation Request received will be determind the cancellation charges.
CANCELLATION FEES
60 Days to Arrival = 25% from total cost of the tour
30 Days to Arrival = 50% from total cost of the tour
15 Days to Arrival = 75% from total cost of the tour
7 Days to Arrival = No Refund
Note: We don’t offer refund for SIC Tour, Cruise Shore Excursion Tour and Merchandise Item Sale. All this sale are consider final.
FLIGHTS TICKETING CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation for Flight Ticketing which already been issued, SulawesiTourGuide.com will not be responsible for any Cancellation Fee. SulawesiTourGuide.com will help The Client to process the cancellation, but please contact local airlines for refund arrangement. Any cost occurs due the Flight Ticket cancellation or rescheduling are the responsible of Clients.
Note: Flight Ticket Refund from Airlines company in Indonesia can take approximately 30-60 days.
REFUND
After commencement of tour, no refund in full or part will be given for services included in the program and not utilized by the clients. For Security Deposit of Car Rental, Refund will be process to your original payment method up to 45 days since the car returned to our Garage.
LIABILITY
SulawesiTourGuide.com (herein called the Company): The Company, its Associates or Agents, while taking every care with participants’ luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss or inconvenience in the handling thereof. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however, or by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring, of or to the participant if not on board a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies of firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and purchaser of these tours and / or passage. The Company strongly recommends purchase of Baggage Insurance.
